All suites feature high quality raised access floors and suspended ceilings and all doors and door frames are maple and are 1 hour fire rated.
Full electrical installation to under-floor power packs is included, and lighting installation is included.
Each suite is also supplied with a 9-way Data and Telephone control box with multi-core cabling and patch panel.

A security/reception person will be on duty between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m., Monday through Friday. At other times, the entrance intercom will be manned remotely.
Front entrance doors are fitted with a high security locking mechanism and a swipe reader. The rear door leading to the car park is fitted with two swipe readers and a locking mechanism that allows only authorised entry and exit.
Front windows at basement and ground floor levels are protected by an alarm system with 57 latching inertia sensors and magnetic reed contacts.
Both the exterior of the building and entrance hall are monitored by infra red CCTV cameras 24-hours a day.
Vehicular entrance and exit from the car park are accessed only by swipe reader.
