All suites feature high quality raised access floors and suspended ceilings and all doors and door frames are maple and are 1 hour fire rated.

Each suite is also supplied with a 9-way Data and Telephone control box with multi-core cabling and patch panel.

A security/reception person will be on duty between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m., Monday through Friday. At other times, the entrance intercom will be manned remotely.
Front entrance doors are fitted with a high security locking mechanism and a swipe reader. The rear door leading to the car park is fitted with two swipe readers and a locking mechanism that allows only authorised entry and exit.
